Crown Paradise Club Cancun Hotel

The hotel had a lot to offer for kids, with multiple slides and a kids' wet area, ensuring children won't get bored. The food overall was good, especially at the specialty restaurants, and the drinks were high quality. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the rooms. Additionally, the hotel had nightly entertainment and various activities for families, making it a pleasant stay overall.

Excellent Service, Facilities and Food

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel with its exclusive amenities. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for lounging and relaxing under the sun. the beach access was ideal for water activities and we enjoyed the live entertainment. the barbeque grills were a nice touch for our outdoor dinner which was accompanied by a beautiful view. the Spa lounge was perfect for us to unwind and receive our full body massage that we desperately needed. the location advantages were undeniable as we had amazing views of the sea and beach from our room.

Although we had a wonderful stay, the only minor issue we faced was that the reservation system for restaurants could be improved. We found some restaurants to have empty tables but were told that they were fully booked, which was a bit frustrating.

I loved the service of the staff, super attentive, they let us not even move everything served in the hand, and very good quality of their drinks and food, it is incredible to go with children

There is no water to drink in the rooms, so you have to get up in the morning and go down five floors to find someone to give you drinking water. The balconies are not smoking areas and should be.

We booked a royal suite for our honeymoon, overlooking the ocean with a nice bathtub. The exclusive lounge on the 10th floor served breakfast and had free WIFI access. Buses took us to the commercial area for only $1. The staff was excellent and there were lots of activities to do on the beach or at the pool.

Can recommend this hotel.

There are plenty of facilities and possible activities: tennis slide ... . The beach is superb.

Too many people, too much noise, food and drinks are tasteless.

It's great and complete with everything on site, shops, restaurant, entertainment, swimming pool, beach.

It is a pity that there are no signs to indicate the directions because the hotel is very big.

The Fisherman à la carte restaurant had excellent staff, including Isaac who provided great service. The VIP club offered more perks with the friendly Jerry and Angel Ravelo ready to help. The scenery is beautiful with a blue ocean backdrop.

The other restaurants were difficult to book and often fully booked. Beware of the buffet as it made us quite sick.

The hotel is not the latest, but it is worth going because it has a beautiful beach, clean, pleasant atmosphere and wonderful people. Mexican food is delicious, fresh fruit and cocktails. Club-type rooms with a bathtub in the super room. If you two are really relaxing on the first floor for adults.

The only downside is to book a restaurant with a menu on the phone

We had an amazing time at Crown Paradise Club. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The resort grounds were clean and well-maintained, and the maid service was excellent.

The bartenders were incredibly fast and made delicious drinks. We were impressed by the variety and quality of food at the buffet. The kids' water park was a hit with our children. Although the entertainment started a bit late for us, it was very enjoyable. We loved the location and views of the beach. we highly recommend this resort.

I recently spent Christmas at a hotel in Cancun and had a great time! the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They remembered my orders and greeted me with a smile every time. the hotel had a fantastic location, with a beautiful beach and plenty of water activities available. I especially enjoyed the water slides and the water park area for the kids. Plus, there were also other amenities like a soccer ball and basketball court and mini, golf. it was a fun, filled holiday experience.

One aspect that I was not too pleased with was the food. the buffet and bars served low, quality meals, and I struggled to find decent options for breakfast.
